The new 2024 Range Rover Sport SV gets several firsts, putting Land Rover’s newest SV at the top of the Range Rover Sport line-up.
The 2024 Range Rover Sport SV’s exterior design includes an exclusive airflow-enhanced front-end, carbon fiber detailing on the Range Rover script, front bumper blades, grille surround, hood vents, and side vents, reprofiled lower body sides, active carbon fiber-tipped quad tailpipes for the active exhaust system, and an optional exposed finish for the center section of the carbon fiber hood. The new SV rides on 305-section rear tires, and 285-section front tires with standard-fit Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires, while 23-inch carbon fiber wheels and Carbon Ceramic Brakes are options.
Inside, Land Rover’s new Sport SV gets a cockpit-like cabin with satin carbon fiber-backed SV Performance Seats with built-in headrests, an immersive sound system, sculpted bolsters, illuminated SV logos on the backrests, translucent edge-lit gear shift paddles, enhanced thumb grips on the steering wheel, black ceramic console gear shifter, and a Pivi Pro4 infotainment system centered around a 13.1-inch floating glass display. It is fitted with a new Ultrafabrics™ PU interior that uses a lightweight, seamless, ‘3D Knit to form’ textile.
The new 2024 Range Rover Sport SV runs on a new 626 hp, 553 lb-ft 4.4-liter Twin-Turbo MHEV V8 gas engine that can go from 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds, with a top speed of 180mph. The SV also comes with an electronically power-assisted steering rack, Brembo Octyma front calipers, a 6D Dynamics suspension system, unique SV-tuned settings applied to the Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, All-Wheel Steering, Torque Vectoring by Braking, Configurable Dynamics, and Active Locking Rear Differential.
For those who step higher on the exclusivity ladder, the new 2024 Range Rover Sport SV’s first year of production is initially reserved for select clients globally, with the invitation-only SV EDITION ONE. It comes with EDITION ONE bespoke branding on the front splitter, center console, treadplates, and puddle lamps.
The new 2024 Range Rover Sport SV’s pricing hasn’t been revealed yet though expect more information to come out as the production date draws nearer.
