The Armoury And UNIMATIC Unveil A Blu Notte Timepiece For Their First Collaboration

The Armoury and UNIMATIC mark their first collaboration with the release of the Cinque U5S-TA ‘Blu Notte’ timepiece. The watch blends UNIMATIC’s unique design with The Armoury’s timeless style, producing an elegant yet rugged timepiece.

The watch features a striking ‘Blue Notte’ midnight blue dial, highlighted by concentric circles, which add more visual depth and give it a water-rippling effect. The dial also includes a cool gray open seconds rail and trims. Above the dial, the ladder hour and minutes hands and the reverse lollipop second hand are present. The hands and hour markers are filled with Super-LumiNova C1 for excellent legibility in low-light conditions.

Encased in a 36mm stainless steel housing, the U5S-TA is powered by the automatic caliber Sellita SW200-1b, which provides 28,800bph, a power reserve of 41 hours, and a hacking feature. The back of the watch features an engraving of similar concentric circles as the dial. Moreover, the phrase ‘Remove Jacket and Tie Before Diving’  and X out of 50 are also engraved. The watch is completed with a Blu Notte quick-release TPU strap; however, an additional nylon strap is added for versatility.

Each watch comes in a UNIMATIC x The Armoury tough case with a warranty card and unique ID seal. The Modello Cinque U5S-TA is priced at $1000 and is available starting September 5that The Armoury Hong Kong and New York stores and The Armoury website.
