Aston Martin’s Q Celebrates 10th Birthday with DBR22 Concept Reveal

Aston Martin kicks off Monterey Car Week with the DBR22 concept reveal. Taking inspiration from 1950s race cars, particularly the DB3S and DBR1, we get a bespoke design with dramatic curves, towering cowls and missing windshield.

The DBR22 was made to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Q, Aston’s bespoke division. The vehicle gets an exclusive exterior design with a full-width tail light bar and carbon fiber sheath. Inside, leather wraps most surfaces, including the carbon fiber seats. With this being a Q build, customers can customize the interior and exterior to fit their preferences. Even so, the mechanics will be the same for all DBR22s with twin-turbo 5.2-liter V8 giving off 705 HP and 555lb-ft of torque. The supercar will be able to take you from zero to sixty in only 3.4 seconds and can reach a top speed of 198mph.

The British manufacturer is yet to reveal the total number of examples and even the production or order dates, but potential buyers should reach out to their Aston contacts to inquire.

Aston Martin DBR22 will be on display at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance this weekend. Stay tuned as more information on the release gets out.
